Q: Battery went dead, when I plugged it in to charge, only 2 lights started blinking instead of 3????
A: My ion flex battery will not charge after sitting on the dock for and hour .
Q: How long does each battery charge last during use?
A: 11 minutes on Max Power mode, 23 minutes on Extended Runtime. Found it on the Shark website when looking up this model.
A: Page 7 of the Owner's Manuel states: "As the ION Power Pack Battery charges, the lights will first blink and then illuminate steadily, in sequential order. All 3 lights will glow steadily upon receiving a full charge, and then turn off after a short period. This preserves long-term battery life and allows the battery to remain connected to the charger even after reaching full charge."
Q: How long does it take for the battery to charge?
A: I didn't pay that much attention, but I'm gonna say about an hour to charge 1 battery. I would be totally frustrated if there weren't 2 batteries in this one!! I will say this, it takes considerably longer to charge a battery than it does to drain one. I've just adjusted to breaking up the cleaning to allow for charging time. Otherwise, I'm loving the SHARK! 1 battery will vacuum for about 15-20 minutes.
Q: How do you clean the roller?
A: See the instruction manual - the cover comes off easily [push tabs] and the roller lifts right out.
A: I JUST got mine and used it for the first time today and had the exact same problem! I am really disappointed and can’t seem to find a solution.
Q: How. Much power does the shark ion flex 2x vac have?
A: I’m not exactly sure how to explain how much power it has, but I can tell you that I am VERY impressed and surprised by how much power it does have on the max power setting. With that being said, I have only used it in the max power setting once since I have had it just to see what power it does have, because it has enough power in the normal setting for my needs. I will say that in the max power setting it drains the battery rather quickly!
