A: Yes mine came with one
Q: It is the surface non-sticK? What kind of material it is the surface. It is non smoke?
A: Surface yes it is non stick, the surface is stainless steel and my house doesn’t smells smoked. I loved it. Best purchase ever
Q: Do you put water in it for smoke
A: Yes you need to add 2 cups of water to the water tray as per the instructions. It works in conjunction with the fan and the lid to keep the smoke inside the unit.

Q: Is it good for cooking ribs? How cause when I cook meat, it is tuff—-any suggestions?
A: Marinade your ribs overnight, then slow cook them in the oven 40 min but your sauce on them then put them on the grill for 15 minutes.
Q: Can I grill marinated meat on this grill
A: Absolutely! If the marinade has a lot of sugar, you’ll get more residue on the grill plate. When that happens I just rinse it off or wipe it with a paper towel before I put it in the dishwasher.

A: unit surface around 9x15 1500 watts
Q: Is this auto volt? Operational in countries using 220volts. Thanks
A: It is 120 volts and we do not recommend using adapters with the unit.
