Q: Can we use to puree hot liquids?

A: There's all different parts listed on the manufacturers website. I opted to buy another travel cup and went online and checked ninja's website and they have all sorts of parts available for this model.
A: You can remove the air after mixing. But you are not able to add the function into the other pre-stored options. If you juice it automatically does it. But there is a button you can press and it will take out the air from the containers. You just have to be sure to use the air seal release valve before trying to open the containers!
Q: Can you use this to make almond or oat milk?

A: We would like to inform you that this blender can be used to chop onions. We recommend using short, quick pulses. Be sure to allow the blades to completely stop spinning between pulses.
