I bought 2 of these products for Christmas Gifts. One worked perfectly and the other had problems with the Keyboard. The broken keyboard would not work with either one of my tablet units but my working keyboard did work on both of the tablet units. Bottom line I had to return the broken keyboard unit for a replacement which best buy did with no issues.
