“Today is 09/17/2017. Was prompted to do a Windows 10 update. Now NS-P11W7100 will not power back on. I held down the volume up/down and power simultaneously and I see an insignia splash screen. It's been like that for 2 hours now. Frustrating”

Contact Best Buy and have them replace it under warranty. That is my suggestion.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have that problem sometimes. Maybe turn off your "sleep" function on your laptop. When I do click on the on/off button,I check on the little Lewhite light is on... pause for a little while... the Lenovo screen usually comes up and wa la... surf city!
