• no, you cannot this will not play any games other than generic ones like on android smartphones it can play minecraft on lowest low low settings i recommend you buy a laptop with nvidia graphics if you want to play games like STEAM

• It has it's own dedicated graphics processor, so you cannot install a graphics card with this. These units are not designed to play highly graphics intensive games, so if the game you are thinking of is high speed with sophisticated and intense graphics, this might not be the unit for you.
