Q: QuestionIt drains the battery fairly quickly when completely shut off and not charging (i.e. sitting in my glovebox). I shut it down completely with a full charge and open it up a week later and the battery is like 2%, seen it a few times. Anyone else?

Q: QuestionI understand that this is Best Buy's house brand. I had a Fusion10 tablet, made in China, that appears to be almost identical to this tab. It was a total disaster .Four tabs failed in about 8 months. Is this tab made by Fusion for Best Buy?

• A:Answer Not sure who makes it. But it is a Windows based system. None of the typical android problems. Got mine for Christmas. I use it frequently. Had to turn off the mouse. The system is very slow. But for the price once the page is open it works well.

• A:Answer I bought 2 of these products for Christmas Gifts. One worked perfectly and the other had problems with the Keyboard. The broken keyboard would not work with either one of my tablet units but my working keyboard did work on both of the tablet units. Bottom line I had to return the broken keyboard unit for a replacement which best buy did with no issues.

• A:Answer You cant use a usb drive directly on the tablet, BUT you could copy your files FROM the usb drive with the keyboard hooked up TO a micro sd on the tablet, then you would be able to have your files and disconnect the keyboard. I have not yet come across any cases that I liked for this 2 in 1. It does however come with a preinstalled screen protector.
