• A:Answer You have to call their plan service number or enter a claim on their plan claim website. I found it to be a big rip-off. I paid over $160 for this so called protection plan. There's a small crack in the bottom corner of the screen as well a a few other technical issues. I took the phone to Best Buy to have it fixed or replaced. I was told I had to pay a few of over $200 with tax. Over $360 for a protection plan repair or refurbished phone. You can get a new one on Amazon for $349! To have it fixed for the original $160 was doable. To charge an additional $200 is a rip off!

• A:Answer Hey there, CW. I'm glad you asked! Our standard Geek Squad Protection plan for mobile devices does not include coverage for loss or theft. However, our Geek Squad Complete Protection plan does, and it's only about $3.00 more per month. If needed, loss and theft coverage can also be purchased separately. Be aware that a device-specific deductible would be charged if a claim was to be submitted, and the plan unfortunately isn't available for iPhones or phones without a contract.
