A:AnswerHi John. Thanks for your question and sorry for the very slow response! You need to bring everything that was in the box as far as accessories is concerned. Don't worry if you don't have the paperwork. But you'll need the extra paddles and so forth. Please let us know if you have any further questions.
A:AnswerHi there. Thank you for your question! I'm sorry to hear about your speakers! Sadly, the Geek Squad Protection plan does not cover loss and theft at this time. If you have any further questions or would like some assistance potentially looking at replacements, please connect with your local Best Buy store. You can find information about your local store at www.bestbuy.com/storelocator.
A:AnswerHi there. Thank you for reaching out about this. We may be able to take care of that for you. I'd recommend reaching out to your local Best Buy store to see if we can swap it out. You can find information about your local store at www.bestbuy.com/storelocator.
A:AnswerHi there. Thank you for your great question! Typically with something like this, you'll bring in the old keyboard and we'll swap it out for a different unit or the same model if you'd like. If you just want to return it for now and think on it, the money you paid originally gets put onto a gift card to be used whenever. I hope this helps. Please let us know if you have any questions.
A:AnswerI hope you can, I really don't like them either but my issue with them is different it is just crazy that you can't adjust the volume on them you can only pause and skip whatever you are listening to, the sound quality is poor and the loudness is weak on a scale from 1 to 10 I probably give it a 5.
Sorry but technology is too advance for them to put out this crap.
A:AnswerThe warranty should be able to up grade you but once you get new one you will have to purchase warranty on new ones. Its only fair and worth buying new warranty.
A:AnswerJust take the item into the store ands go to the warrsnty dept. They would explain to you. Did buy with a credit card? Then they should have it in their system but if you paid cash you need to receipt.
A:AnswerTypically our Geek Squad Product Replacement plan does not cover a lost part and/or item unless it is a dedicated lost and theft plan. The full terms and conditions for your plan can be reviewed any time at www.geeksquad.com/termsconditions.
