Q: QuestionIs it possible to turn off the wifi on the TV if you're just playing video games using the HDMI port? I do not want the TV to be connected to wifi when my Xbox is also trying to use that same wifi and then end up slowing down the connection.

Q: QuestionCan Roku be updated on this tv? I read reviews on a different tv and it could not get updates or new apps that came out. Hopefully not the same thing with this one.

• A:Answer I was able to update the TV when I was setting it up for the first time. My understanding is that roku TV does not get updated the same time like other regular roku devices since it has to be tested by manufacturers. I believe, a few months after the new version of the software is released, the TV should get updated. Again, this is a 2015 version of the TV, the manufacturer might only support updating the software for a limited time. I have NOT read the user guide, or agreement about how long will the manufacturer support software upgrade.

• A:Answer Not sure, but I doubt it. I wanted to do the same thing via the Comcast Xfinity app, but it is not available. However, Roku announced earlier this year that they entered an agreement with Comcast and will have an app later this year. Search the Roku website for Direct TV.

Q: QuestionMy Insiginia Roku TV does not support the wifi used by my university. The IT guys suggested checking to see if my tv had an Ethernet port. We could then buy an Ethernet cord and it should work just fine. Does anyone know if this tv has that port?

• A:Answer No, this one does not have the Ethernet port! We just went through the hassle with my daughter's university. The school password system requires email address and a password. The TV doesn't recognize that the system is asking for both. So, we had an Ethernet cable as a backup plan. But, guess what, no port. Now what? We tried to call Insignia's help desk. That was a disaster. They didn't even speak English well enough to understand the problem!

• A:Answer It should. We had general internet in our apartments and it worked with it. If the Internet there requires you to accept terms and conditions or something you may have to figure out how to pull up something to connect to the Internet though. If it doesn't normally prompt you to do that then you're golden!
