- Answer We just drilled a hole into the house and vented it with a vent that closes when not in use to keep birds and bugs out. Works like a charm!

QuestionDo you ever have to drain or empty water from the unit? If so, how much and how often?

- Answer It says in the manual that if you live in a very humid area, you will have to drain it. I live in St. Louis and have not had to drain it when I've checked for moisture

QuestionThe lower drain port is too small to connect a regular garden hose, the upper port you can (the instructions say both are 13mm but they are not the same size). I can't seem to find an adapter or hose that I could use for the lower drain port?
