• No, it's not a Starfleet communicator, LOL. You have to press the red button to power up the phone, to hang up (ie end the call) and to turn off the phone. This is a basic phone . No bells and whistles though it is Wi-Fi capable for those that use it. . No more than we use a cell phone, it's perfect for us.
