• If you're asking about the network/internet access carrier, then, YES, from what I have read, it is compatible with AT&T and Sprint. (This is in regard as to which towers the mobile service provider, Tracfone in this case, can use to access the internet.) Some disagreement as to Verizon. If you're asking about the mobile service provider, then, NO, it is only usable with Tracfone's mobile service, at least for the first year or two. I hope that helps.
