A:AnswerDouble check that the images are all in jpg format. Also, the images can not be in folders, make sure they are all in the root directory of the card. If that doesnt work, give us a call at 866-580-1978 opt 2.
A:AnswerFor photos sent through the cloud (app), they will display in the order they were sent.
For photos copied to internal memory, they will display in the order they were copied to the internal memory.
