QuestionI just bought the sc liberty air anker earbuds but they seem not to work at all...the right earbud has no sort of LED lights flashing and the left one simply flashes but is basically unable to establish a bluetooth connection. How can this be resolved?

- Answer I returned them yesterday. They would not stay connected to my iPhone 7 Plus and when they did connect, only one ear would work. I followed the directions and even troubleshot the problem. The sound was tinny anyway.

- Answer It’s passive noise cancellation. The tighter fit you achieve the better your results will be. Sound quality on these things are amazing though.

QuestionCan you pair them with two device at the same time and both show connected? Like having tablet and phone connected. Listening to music on tablet and have it pause to take call on phone the switch back after you hang up.

- Answer Unfortunately you cannot do this functionality. You may be able to accomplish this with a few apps, but it can only be paired to one device at a time.

- Answer Hmmm, I have the same phone and haven’t experienced any connection problems. Under your [ Settings- Bluetooth ] can you see the sound core liberty device? If so, you should be good, click on them. If not, place right side ear bud back into the case, wait a moment, and try again.

- Answer Yes you can use the right ear bud only for phone calls. I've used only the right while talking with anyone. I would try paring the earbuds again to the device and give it a go. Hopefully it should work

- Answer Personally I use my phone it easy and convenient because most times you’re holding your phone or it’s near haven’t figured out whether you can actually turn volume up or down with earbuds hope this was helpful

- Answer no, only one side has the microphone, I honestly forgot which side, as I returned them twice due to defects, then gave up on them.

QuestionBoth left and right were working.. not sure why but only the right side is working now.. the left still powers off and on but no sound... Reasons why?? The right will play but after some time the left powers off... They are charged

- Answer Most likely the left side not pairing with the right one. Try forgetting the connection with your device and syncing the buds, literally turn both of the buds off by pressing on them for 2+ seconds before you hear the drop and putting them in the charging case, before reconnect with the device.

- Answer Yes, it's a known issue with these. Try keeping your phone out or visable while using the earbuds instead of in a bag or pocket, the interference causes the left bud to lose connection pretty easily

- Answer Yes, but everything connects through the right. It's easiest to use the right if you're only using one, but you could also just use the left assuming that the right was nearby both the left (in your ear) and the phone/device.

- Answer I got this earbuds for my kids and they love them. After connecting the earbuds for the first time, they connect automatically when you remove them from the case. I’m he case has three to four led lights that indicate the charging level of the earbuds. I even like them when I was connecting them the my kids iPad. They feel nice in the ear.
