Q: QuestionThe salesman at Best Buy said this would allow me to open separate windows on each screen (one on my laptop and one on the AOC) So far I have not been able to do that. Is this monitor just a mirror image of my PC? I needed a screen extender.

• A:Answer To extend the screens, You will need to right click on your desktop and go to your display settings. In those settings there is a couple options. For what you are wanting, Click the dropdown, and select "Extend these displays". Once you select that option, You can then drag your display in the box above ( the two squares represent the location of the screen) to where the screen sits. Hope this helps.

Q: QuestionI currently use an android tablet to entertain my kid in the backseat but the issue is that it requires charging and I cannot control it while in the front seat (volume, switching shows, etc) so I wanted to use this with a Google TV dongle. Will it work?

Q: QuestionI just bought mine yesterday. A type -c cable was provided but i didnt know that my laptop's port is not compatible as it is only for charging but my laptop has a regular HDMI slot. Which exact product do i need to use this item for my laptop?

• A:Answer AOC 16T15 supports USB-C (DP ALT mode) port for video connectivity. A compatible USB-C cable is the only one cable provided in the box. Please use this cable and check your computer systems specifications for compatibility to this model. A regular HDMI port will not be compatible.
