• You can certainly use it with any photo editing software. You would use it as a substitute to anything you'd otherwise do with your finger. Would give you much more precise control when editing a photo, that's for sure.

• Absolutely yes. Love my pen so far. Have no problem using it w any application. Uses everyday to take note. It is precise and multifunctional. Just have to be careful not to drop it. I bent the tip and it became useless. Luckily it includes an extra tip in the package. So yes, you should buy it!
