This phone is refurbrished? null

Not really. You are buying a used phone as is. Best Buy does nothing more than put it in an iPhone box and resell it. I received a locked phone.

Interesting comments, I just got off of a chat (whatever value that has in reality) and the responder said that the phone is cleaned, cosmetically or memory not specified, and their geek squad check the phone and tests it. Rather have a full refurbished phone if it is just put in a box.

There is no iPhone or any other phone. The phone I'm on now is a new Samsung S10 plus. It is not refurbished.
