When I received this phone it looked great. Once I turned it on and updated it, it overheated and battery drained quickly. I looked at the settings and it said service battery. This refurbished phone came with a completely junk battery in it. Don’t waste your money on it.

Don’t buy these refurbished phones from here. They come with cheap charger and cord. No EarPods like it says in the description.

Purchased this as a replacement phone for my son. However the description said comes with charger, phone, and ear buds. Ear buds were not in there. The battery life sucks on it. If your not going to include certain things don't say it comes with it.

Description said “refurbished” however out of the box ours had a bad battery. Seems after reading many reviews a large majority have the same battery issue we had. Apparently batteries are not replaced during the refurbishing and are not covered under the 1 year warranty even if bad out of the box. After several calls to the 3rd party warranty provider we ended up paying out of pocket to have our battery replaced so we could use the phone off the charger. Also the box was missing the ear buds it states it comes with and have yet to get an answer on them. (seems By the reviews others are missing their ear buds also) If I had to do this again I would buy a phone from a phone store and not one of the 3rd party suppliers Best Buy uses.

Because it was refurbished I didn’t expect a lot but it was better than it could have been. It would have been nice if the battery had been replaced, the one I got was ok but it may be luck of the draw what you get. Shipping has horrible, not best buy’s vault but they should put pressure on the vendor to change.

Initially when I received the iPhone 6s it worked extremely well. After having used it for less than a month I began to have problems using the iPhone. The most obvious issue was the touch screen would stop responding to my finger touch in a specific area of the screen. As a result I was forced to use my previous iPhone until this issue has been resolved.

The phone was at the right price and storage amount for what I needed. Couldn’t beat the price and it was in awesome condition.

Not bad but the battery is not at 100 percent full capacity so a new battery install prior to shipment would have been nice. Also it is difficult to power off. To just put in sleep mode it works good but to actually power off it is difficult to engage the option.

The price is good for that phone just the screen has a little damage

Ok when i ordered the iphone i thought my iphone would be messed or in bad condition after reading these reviews but i was a lil nervous and curious but today i got my iphone it was in a perfect condition i looked renewed i was worth the money i got to say>>>and btw im only 15 loL THX BESTBUY

Refurbished iPhone 6s looked brand new. Cosmetically, it was great. Battery should have been replaced and I have now had that done on my own. Factoring in the cost of the battery, it was NOT as good a deal as I thought it would be.

it is worthy the price. I got the phone with a minor scratched screen, but it works well.

Beware of purchasing a used phone It in great condition but I have to charge every day I had the same phone previously and only had to charge one or two times a week I took off all apps I don’t need and lowered brightness didn’t make any difference

I don't need the newest phone, so this pre-owned 6S iPhone is perfect for me. Price was very reasonable. I upgraded from a Samsung android phone with Tracfone. Very happy with the condition of the phone, no scratches or blemishes. Battery lasts a long time.

Very goog cell easy to use and faster than the iphone6

The phone I ordered was not as described. The phone was advertised as being in "excellent condition" and was supposed to have been "rigorously tested" and "certified to the highest standards"; however, the battery life has been disgraceful. A single battery charge lasts no longer than 8 hours of regular use, even despite my efforts to lower screen brightness and close out of apps not currently in use. The battery will also jump down drastically while simply watching a video clip or while speaking on the phone.

Really happy with the pre-owned iPhone 6S I bought for my son. His iPhone 6S broke and we were not ready to buy a new one. Best Buy had the cheapest price and well worth the money.

I wish more companies would recognize that not all people need the newest technology in their phone. This is a perfect choice for my young grand daughter. Easy to use. Simple. Compatible with our ATT system. And if she looses it on the school bus it is not a monumental loss. In the meantime she can stay in contact, text and e-mail, take photos and it fits her young hand.

All he does is play clash of clans on it and the screen to me is very small because I have a 6S plus or 6+ whatever and I’m sorry I didn’t get him a bigger one but it was expensive the 6s was cheaper

Nice phone but battery already needs service. Working fine so far but expect to need to change the battery soon.
