“I ordered my Apple4K64GTV 9/16 - and when I called customer support, they could not give me a date it will ship? I can run to my local Apple store and get one now, what is the deal Best Buy, I was giving you guys a chance frist - (BAD BUY)”

I ordered mine in our Best Buy on Dec. 17, 2017 and it was delivered to my home on Dec. 23, 2017, We wrapped and gave it as a gift.

It usually takes one week after you made the order. At least that was my case also i made my order to be pick up at my local store
