- Answer The 7-10 second delay that I get on my system means they are already at the door, and possibly gone before you know it. One of my biggest issues with this system. I want to catch them, not just post a video of their hidden face on nextdoor neighbor.

- Answer I highly recommend the Arlo over Ring but we did no use the Ring Chime. When someone is at the door and presses the db it rings on my phone.

- Answer By default, the unit will alert you when someone is at your door and your phone will ring. If they press the doorbell. You do not have to be at home

- Answer It can be mounted to break but not with the hardware that comes with the unit. You will need to buy mortar screws in order to mount it to brick. Hope that helps Hope that helps

QuestionDoes any of the Arlo Essentials can be powered less than 16 Volts? My doorbell electricity only puts out 12 volts. Or since the Arlo Essential is wireless, if i wire it to my doorbell wires of only 12 volts can that keep my Arlo Essential powered?
