- Answer Possibly, but pairing might be a pain for that. Basically you connect your smartphone to Wi-Fi, then generate a QR code and point the Arlo at it. Easy enough to do once if you can leave it, but might be a bother to do for different places.

- Answer You'll need to download the Arlo app. The camera must be connected through home wifi and your smartphone must be connected via cellular or wifi.
