Q: QuestionI have 1gb of internet speed with suddenlink will this work with my isp?
Asked by Msshanay.
- A:Answer Yes, this modem will work with 1 Gb speed plans. However, it is not capable of achieving 1 Gbps download speeds so you will need to purchase a DOCSIS 3.1 modem for that. The models that are compatible with 1 Gb service are: SB8200, S33 - note these modems don't have built-in Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi modems that are compatible are SBG8300, G36. Hope this helps.

Q: QuestionIs this compatible with T-moble internet services?
Asked by Rudy.
- A:Answer It is compatible with all internet service provider. It should be just as easy setup with T-mobile as any other. (Simple scan product and contact ISP for linking) They all will try to convince you to rent their modem, but with this one time purchase, it’s a much better deal than renting something forever.

Q: Questionis this compatible to Shentel
Asked by Dolly.
- A:Answer You need to ask your cable provider. If they don't recommend specific brands or models, get the minimum required specifications from them and compare. Most Internet Cable Providers are CURRENTLY only requiring DOC 3.0 or higher, BUT you should ask your internet provider. SUGGESTION: If you are "renting" your cable modem from your provider, you are usually paying much more than the cable modem is worth. BUYING YOUR OWN is usually a cost savings. THIS MODEL DOES NOT HAVE WIRELESS CABABILITIES so if you want wireless access, you will also need to buy a separate Wireless Router OR buy a different model that includes wireless.
