• I believe that it does. I have the Q302LA-BHI3T11 and the Q302UA-BHI5T20 models in my office. I personally have the latter one and it does have keyboard backlight. The other model is in the field so I can't swear to it, but I believe the former also has keyboard.backlight. It's intensity is adjusted by the F3 and F4 keys. If you don't see the keyboard with a light symbol then it's not backlight.

• It does have backlight, however, if you don't have the device plugged into an energy source, the backlight goes off and on indiscriminately. It can be very annoying.
