- Answer No, it doesn't. The caveat with ASUS products bought at Best Buy, is that the usual ASUS 1 year ADP coverage DOES NOT apply, and that all Best Buy purchases are at the mercy of Best Buy coverages (where applicable). This also means that if you want ADP coverage, that you would need Best Buy Totaltech coverage, or Geek Squad Insurance. This would basically mean that you'd need to be near a Best Buy to get repairs done.

- Answer MY ADVICE - If you're buying from overseas (like Taiwan), you should either buy from ASUS Taiwan directly (which is a better website than ASUS North America - which is practically worthless). If you're overseas, and buying from Best Buy, be aware that you're beholden to Best Buy for service and repairs, as the products bought from Best Buy are NOT covered in conventional ASUS warranties, where you would send your device to ASUS directly.

- Answer Your have to ask the "powers that be" at ASUS to ask them why they were trying to copy the design language of the Surface Pro. We are just folks who bought the device. And yes, I also think that the choice of the 2230 was pretty stupid, mostly because I have UMPC "gaming devices (like the GPD Win Max and AYA Neo) that use the 2284 side NVmE cards with no problems whatsoever. At this time, I recommend using an enclosure with a 2TB 2284 NVmE to supplement storage.

- Answer Nope. Just your tablet, 100w power square, cord, manuals, 2 smaller boxes, and your loss of sanity. Forget the ROG Bounce box, or any promo kits that showed a stylus (ASUS cheapened out on us at the last second), cases (ASUS North America is probably laughing at us for buying expensive kit with nothing to protect these products - You have to order from ASIA to buy them). It's a nice tablet (when updates don't mess it up), but the experience out of the box, when you buy it, is pretty bare-bones. If you come prepared to know that, then you're (likely) in for a good time. Just be prepared to shop for a sleeve.

- Answer Typically, most of your Intel boards will only have 1 Thunderbolt port, at either a TB3 or TB4 configuration. The ASUS Flow Z13 uses a TB4 port, in it's models. You must understand that multiple TB ports, in a design like this, can lead to voltage issues. So, typically, one port is a TB4, while the other handles other tasks. BTW: This is also why the OEM charger typically does proper fast-charging. In order to use an aftermarket (not recommended with a device of this cost) to match the OEM charger, it would need to be 100w, at 20A. And it would have to match the OEM charger in either AC/DC. Aftermarket chargers don't typically do this, which immediately will cause a ROG product to revert to "trickle charge" to protect the device from any potential damage.

QuestionHello, is this also ideal for note-taking like the surface or iPad? I am worried about the RGB glass at the back, it might cause the tablet to wiggle when taking notes or writing something.

- Answer It comes with a pretty robust kickstand. If you plan on taking notes on a flat surface it lays flat and you shouldn’t have too much of an issue, but it was not design to run while laying flat because you will block the cooling.
