Questionfor this laptop, how many RAM slots are used? (it comes with 2 slots available). It says it comes 16GB of RAM but is one slot used with 16GB or 2 slots with 8GB each?

- Answer It's plastic but it feels like a high quality of plastic doesn't feel cheap. The keyboard portion is well made and good quality. The lid may be made of aluminum but not sure which is a testament to how well made the laptop is
