QuestionI have been experiencing "vibration sound" whenever i programs; the coil whine is always there, i know it but this sound is on top of that and louder. is someone here have the same issue? it sounds for 1s and stop, but it was loud. thank you

QuestionI just bought this for 2 weeks, in the quiet environment, i hear some electrical noise under the keyboard, on the right side, it sounds like "recz recz recz", the noise was on and off, each time it last for about 10s. IS it normal or need fixed?

- Answer All new Asus ROG screens have to fit the Nebula standards. This laptop falls under the ROG Nebula Display category and the ROG Nebula HDR which from what I remember is only available on the Strix Scar G16 currently.

QuestionHello Everyone. Does anyone know how to turn off the front light and side lights and keep the keyboard backlight? Aura effect under Aura sync tab in the Armoury Crate app only allows you to change the lights on both or turn them both off (Dark).

- Answer Not likely. Most of the high end gaming laptops are not available in most BestBuy stores. I have only seen the ROG Strix 18 listed as available in Westbury, NY (July 2023). I live in CA, so not sure if it's actually there :D
