- Answer This specific model has 60HZ refresh rate. To my knowledge it has an extra SSD slot and it does come with the parts and screws necessary to install a secondary SSD.

- Answer No, it does not. However if the unit is accidentally damaged when the components are upgraded, that would void the warranty. If you do not feel comfortable, please contact a professional technician.

QuestionHow do i disable the integrated graphics card and use only the nvidia discrete gpu? There is not option for it in bios and even using the nvidia control to set it to use the discrete gpu, it still uses the iGPU..so bad..

- Answer Yes you can. Please note that with mismatched speeds, the system will default to the speed of the slowest DIMM, or perhaps even the 2133MHz base frequency for DDR4. In general we recommend the same speed kit or a matching kit for compatibility.

QuestionHow do I use the Advanced Lighting features for the keyboard? I downloaded the Aura Creator app, ASUS System Control Interface V2 and Armoury Crate from the link provided here by Asus but it didn't work. No devices can be found by Aura Creator.

QuestionEvery time I start this computer and log in, Microsoft 365 and XBox pop up. I never plan on using XBox or the Microsoft 365 products, how can I safely remove these from computer hard drive so I don't get the pop ups.

- Answer Go to Settings-->Apps and find the programs. You can also type in app in the search bar and it should display "Add or remove programs". If you click on that it will take you to the page to manage your applications. You should find Microsoft 365 and a few Xbox apps listed. Click on uninstall to remove them from the system.

Questionis there any way i can disable.. the screen turning black after i take out / plug in the charger? also when the desktop loads the screen turns black. so is there any way I can disable those 2 features? Same with press'FN' to change volume and brigthness.

- Answer For the screen turning black, it is the laptop updating the power plan and nothing that I have found will change it, though it only lasts a moment I understand how it can be frustrating. As for the FN keys, click start and then type in "Keyboard Settings". It will be in there.

QuestionWill the second 2.5HDD fit under the battery? I haven't seen anything definitive, except one you tube video where it is mentioned that you have to downgrade the battery to add a non M2 drive.

- Answer Here’s a pic. It comes with a connection to add it. I don’t think you do anything with the battery. I added a second m.2 nvme. Haven’t done the 2.5 yet.
