A:Answer Yes it will run all of those easily, only thing i recommend depending on how heavy you game is to getting a cooling pad. The intel cpus can heat up pretty quickly. If you can get ahold of the amd version i personally would you'll get better performance.
For reference ive played 200mod list skyrim easily, cyberpunk at medium settings in 1080p at 80fps, god of war at 4k medium-high settings 60+fps (i use a highspeed hdmi cable going into my 4k 120hz tv) and plenty of other games that have pushed it. So long as you play with your setting right you can get great performance.
In regards to os i assume you mean windows or linux? It is windows 11 os. So you can go through and remove some of the bloat ware if you want to, or if you have the know how and time remove it and install linux.
