This is a difficult question to answer.
Your PC and wireless adapter are fine because if they were having an issue it would happen even with the mobile hot spot. So what I would do is unplug your wireless router then unplug your modem and give them both a good 30 minutes to rest. Then plug your modem back in, wait 10 minutes then plug back in your wireless router. Connect your PC wireless again and see if it is stable.
If you still have an issue call your ISP and have them check things on their end. If problem still persist unplug your modem again, wait 10 minutes, plug it back in but make sure it is directly connected to a PC. If the same problem happens your modem is bad, if it is stable your router is bad.
