A:Answer Yes - there was an open spare RAM slot. My laptop came with one stick of 16GB. I was able to go on-line and buy an identical stick ( same manufacturer and part number) and now have 32 GB. There is only one m.2 SSD location, so to upgrade to 2T, I needed to clone and replace the 1T (SOLODIGM) drive. I used a Samsung 990 Pro 2T replacement and got a 70% speed boost ( 7089 MB/s read and 6703 MB/as Write) according to Crystal DiskMark. The Samsung migration S/w worked like a charm - but you will need a USB m.2 enclosure.
