QuestionThe directory of phone numbers I have input has deleted three times now, with no explanation. Anyone know what might cause this? As far as I know, I did not delete "all" or even delete a single entry.

- Answer Hello Rinch. At this present time we have had no problem with the AT&T Model DL72310 phones. They are working fine. If I may suggest that you download the manual for your phone. That hopefully that it will guide you in right direction. My second option would be contact AT&T Tech support to assist you in correcting the problem. Hope this may be helpful to you.

QuestionCan you change the amount of rings when someone calls?Mine just rings twice and I can't find anywhere in manual how to change it.

- Answer Yes, you can change the amount of rings. The instructions are on page 75 of the quick start guide. Press menu/select in idle mode. Press cid or dir to highlight answering sys, then press menu/select. Press cid or dir to highlight ans sys setup, then press menu/select. Press cid or dir to highlight # of rings, then press menu/select. Press cid or dir to choose from 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 or toll saver. Press menu/select to save.

- Answer Only the base unit with the answering machine needs a phone wall jack in addition to an electrical outlet. The other 2 handsets only require an electrical outlet to plug into.
