• A:Answer Hello Rinch. At this present time we have had no problem with the AT&T Model DL72310 phones. They are working fine. If I may suggest that you download the manual for your phone. That hopefully that it will guide you in right direction. My second option would be contact AT&T Tech support to assist you in correcting the problem. Hope this may be helpful to you.

Press cid or dir to highlight answering sys, then press menu/select. Press cid or dir to highlight ans sys setup, then press menu/select. Press cid or dir to highlight # of rings, then press menu/select. Press cid or dir to choose from 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 or toll saver. Press menu/select to save.
