- Answer Use Quiet Mode (see User Manual) to silence the phone for 1 to 12 hours. The answering system will take calls and record messages without broadcasting them. Quiet Mode will go off automatically at the end of the time period you specify, or you can turn Quiet Mode off manually.

- Answer I have only had this phone system about 3 weeks, and the only experience I can confirm is that if an incoming call is trying to connect, a "buzz" will sound in the receivers ear. I have seen no announcement on the base or handset with name or number of the caller.

QuestionCan’t get the call block to work on numbers not in the directory. There is an active rotary phone in the house, would this prevent call block from working? It rings before the new phone (1-2 rings). Thank you

- Answer You can set up a bluetooth headset to use with these phones. There is no jack to plug headphones into, but the bluetooth headset will connect with the base to use around the house without having to carry the phone around with you.
