A:AnswerNo. It doesn't give audible notifications. All you see is a number blinking on the top of the base which lets you know how many calls you've received while you were out. The audible voice is only when you get the phone calls. I hope this helps you.
A:AnswerThe phone will tell you whose phone number is calling. I do not have anyone program into the phone. The phone is loud and can be understood clearly. I can catch spam callers with this phone.
