A:AnswerI'm not sure if both headsets have to be connected. I only use the main base. Can you buy it and then return it if the second one doesn't work? Or, go to the store and look at the instruction manual to see the hookup instructions? Perhaps there's a troubleshooting guide online that would also tell you.
