A:AnswerIf you have the number and name in the directory, it will say that particular name, otherwise it usually "says" the city from where the call is coming from.
A:AnswerI believe it goes to four levels but I found the base ringer and phone ringer too loud for mom at the highest level, so low is a very comfortable level.

A:AnswerWe lost a 15 year old AT&T landline phone with answering machine due to a lightning strike. The new AT&T phone plugged right in and has been working great. Don't be afraid to get it.
A:AnswerI'm not sure if both headsets have to be connected. I only use the main base. Can you buy it and then return it if the second one doesn't work? Or, go to the store and look at the instruction manual to see the hookup instructions? Perhaps there's a troubleshooting guide online that would also tell you.
