• A:Answer If your camcorder has an HDMI out, yes. As for "quality" audio, it depends... While this will capture audio for you, if you want *truly* quality audio you'll want to invest in an USB audio interface and quality microphones. If that won't work for you, use the mic input that your camera (hopefully) has, and attach a shotgun mic.
