Q: QuestionI have a iPad Pro, which I need to connect to an external SSD drive. Both have USB-C support. When I connect them directly, the iPad Pro does not read the SSD external Drive. Perhaps it needs more power. Will this USB-C hub sold on Best Buy work?

Q: QuestionI bought this hub to connect a USB-C Viewsonic monitor to my Windows 11 PC. The viewsonic monitor requires max 22W power. However it does not appear to get enough power to operate - the status light shows orange instead of blue. Why does this not work?
