QuestionI purchased a GoPro Hero 11 on May 1st. I plugged it in after using it for 2 weeks and the plug melted inside the device. The charging cord is one I have used multiple times. the SD card saved data, but camera is no longer operational. Please advise.

Questioni JUST PURCHASED THE BB tOTAL YEARLY MEMBERSHIP, and have been charged a $29.99 charge on my AMEX card. When I called to find out what the charge is for, I was told that it covers the Webroot feature. I thought that was part of the 179.00 package.

- Answer Anti-virus is no longer included with My Best Buy Total. If you want to continue to be covered by Webroot, you would need to continue paying that anti-virus subscription fee.

- Answer I have always found that the Total Tech's can answer those questions and even do the modifications for you at no cost or a discounted cost. I know that I ordered a solid state drive off amazon and they installed it for free.
