A:Answer By the time I joined, I had long since spent $179 on various services for this laptop. And the warranty had long since been gone. So for me, it's been the best decision.
A local computer guy told me my Dell couldn't be upgraded and that I needed to buy another laptop.
Ironically, he just happened to have one ready to go. I did purchase it and hated it. I asked him to return my Dell, and luckily, it was within 24 hours, so he returned it.
The Geek Squad has now updated and upgraded it and put the correct Virus/malware protection on it. On top of that, they said when I get my new phone in, to bring it and the little laptop out, and they will add the protection to all of them, Free of Charge! can't beat that!
