The Blink devices get added to your Blink account (you must be there in person to add any device since you have to be connected to the Wi-Fi at the time) and you can access the system at any time from the Blink app installed on your phone. It is important to note the cameras require constantly internet connection and power. If either is interrupted, the only way to get the device(s) back online would require you to be there in person with them. I hope this helps, have a great day!
