A:AnswerIt does not have carpet detection. You must manually add No Mop zones, and they are rectangles, so if you have an angled division between carpet and bare floor, it does not work well. You can have multiple No Mop rectangles on each map.

A:AnswerMine can't get over the smallest of thresholds, but usually keeps trying and eventually makes it, help him by giving him a little kick over it so he knows there's another area on the other side, hope that helps.
