QuestionI first set up with my Samsung tv, the sound didn’t work. Bose support said the arc hdmi won’t work with Samsung TVs. They told me to connect the optical cable. It worked. Now after setting up my Apple tv4k the arc works? I still have the optical. needed?

QuestionWe have a Bose Acoustimass 300 wireless bass module, Bose SoundTouch 300 soundbar and two Bose Virtually Invisible 300 wireless surround speakers. Can we add a pair of Bose 251 environmental speakers to this set-up? If so, do we also need an amp?

- Answer Thank you for your question, JBro! The SoundTouch 300 soundbar home theater system is only compatible with one pair (two speakers) of Virtually Invisible 300 surround sound speakers. - Answer The subwoofer does not show in the app only the soundbar. You can adjust the level of bass from the sub on the remote though.

- Answer Not that I know of. You can either pair one sub and invisible speakers or pair two subs and no invisible speakers. Two subs in my opinion would be EARTH SHATTERING :D lol You can choose to have extreme bass with two or thunderous surround sound with one bass and invisible speakers.

If you are referring to the Virtually Invisible 300 wireless speakers, these are also an accessory for the SoundTouch 300. - Answer Its there if you would like to wire your sub to the soundbar instead of wirelessly attach it. Or if you want to wire one and buy another one and have a second sub somewhere else wirelessly.

- Answer I up graded to the 700 soundbar and the 700 module...! They both appear to have better quality together and sound, the 700 replaced the 300 ..!the 300 is apparently going to be discontinued , same price for the module, but $100.00 more for the soundbar

- Answer As far as I know, this sub woofer was exclusively designed for soundtouch 300 soundbar so it can't be connected to cinemate 130.
