- Answer You would remove those when using the oven option. For best results, it is recommended to use the provided Combi Crisp pan except when cooking foods that require a specific baking dish or pan. Place other dishes or pans on the provided trivet for best results.

QuestionDoes the fact that the air fryer will not go lower than 400 impact usefulness? How well doe the oven function work—for warming up a casserole or baking one?

- Answer The oven function on the Breville® BMO870 Combi Wave™ Microwave works very well but warming up items would be done quicker with the microwave function. The AIR FRY function is adjustable between 400°F and 450°F and while it does not go lower, time can be adjusted to compensate for the temperature.

- Answer Yes. Very versatile oven. Best I have experienced. Very functional oven. Controls buttons are well placed and well p;aced. functionality is well designed. They ask for 8 inch clearance behind the oven which is really not needed specially if the oven on a kitchen counter. Should note that the space inside the oven is smaller than standard size microwave oven.

- Answer Yes, the Smart Reheat function on the Breville® BMO870 Combi ™ is the same function with all of our Microwaves. The Combi Wave™ also has three ways to operate; as a microwave, as a convection oven and as an air fryer. It also has the Fast Combi function.

- Answer Yes, the crisper pan for the Breville® BMO870 Combi Wave™ Microwave is non stick. It is not recommended that any other type of metal pan be used during the Microwave function, however heating with the Convection oven setting, others can be used so long as the manufacturer has rated them for use in a Toaster Oven.
