A:Answer First, make sure the clock has been set and the alerts haven't been muted. To disable the child lock, you'll first press the Door Lock button. While still holding that button down, use a second finger to press the Clock Setting button. While still holding those buttons down, use a third finger to hold the Mute button. Once you're holding all three of those buttons, once the unit beeps three times, the lock will be disabled.
