QuestionI really do like the Brother Pirnters - All in one System,,,,print, scan etc ............but they keep having the same problem with turning back on. I have had two of these printers and they both had this issue. Have they fixed it???

QuestionCan I print individual 3"X5" cards?

- Answer Yes, you can, but you have to manually feed them into the device. Also, if you try to feed it more than one at a time, it will tell you there is a paper jam. So, if you have a bunch of them to print, you will be standing in front of the machine for a long time.

- Answer Yes, on win10 you tell the computer what printer to find and it downloads the print drivers from the web,,,, I got in a hurry when I 1st bought the printer and did it this with for my 1st set up. Next day used the CDR to load the whole printer/scanner program but I'm sure with a little effort I could have done the same thing to find the scanner drivers as well

- Answer Double check your paper settings in your printer app on the computer, do the same with the set up feature on the printer it's self

QuestionWhat is the real price?Best Buy sent me an email saying this printer is $249.99, which is a decent price and in line with what others are charging for the same unit. However when I click on the link to see it on your website it's "on sale" for $329.99. I'm interested at the $249.99 price, however there are far more reasonable options for $330.

QuestionHow can a scan a 8.5X14 document?

- Answer Stick what you want scanned face up in the ADF or face down on the glass. Then, for smaller file size, open the control center on you computer and scan to your choice of file, image, text or email. You can even set up shortcuts for scanning preferences. The scanned file will be where you sent it. You can also use the touchpad on the machine to make the same choices and it should land in the scanner folder but the file size will be larger so don't use this option for multiple page documents.
