- Answer The Brother EZ Auto Reordering Program or the Brother Refresh EZ Print Subscription Program are not mandatory. I you would like to purcahse the Toner for the machine as you go you can and do not have to enrolled on any to our programs. Thank you for being a Brother customer.

- Answer The Brother MFCL2717DW can print approximately 500 more pages than the MFCJ2710DW with the toner cartridge included in box. The MFCL2717DW is the more recent model.

Question"with up to 500 pages of bonus toner included" What does that mean? I only got one toner in the box, the standard toner. So where is the 500 page bonus toner that Brother claims is included?

- Answer The MFC-L2717DW is a value version of the best-selling MFC-L2710DW with an extended, 2-Year Warranty and up to 500 Extra Pages of Additional Toner Included in Box. The up to 500 Extra Pages of Additional Toner Included in Box means, the Brother MFC-L2717DW does not come with a starter toner. The starter toners yield up to 700 pages, but this model MFC-L2717DW comes with a stander toner. That yield up to 1,200 pages.
