A:AnswerYou put your document on the scanner and close the lid (make sure the printer is turned on). Then you have to open the Canon Quick Menu (should be on your desktop), and click the scan button (should be 2nd from the top... has a picture with a vertical green line going through it).
A:AnswerGo to the maintanance tab in printing preferences and choose cleaning. AIf that doesn't work, try print head alignment. usually the cleaning or deep cleaning works for me. If not, it may be time to change cartridge.
A:AnswerIf you're not using the wifi connection, then you need a usb printer cable to connect printer to computer. That's not included & must buy separately.
