• A:Answer This printer does connect to Wi-Fi. You could print from your Android phone if you switch your phone to the same WiFi network that your printer is on. Sorry, I don't have any info on ink cartridges, but Amazon has a complete set of black + color for about $30. One of the reasons I bought this printer.
