Gibson Guitar has filed for Bankruptcy and as a result sold Cerwin Vega Home Audio back to Cerwin Vega Professional Corp. So, none of the CV Home XLS products are being produced at this time. We will have to wait and see if CV Professional who now owns CV Home will continue the XLS Line.
